The Air Defense troops of the Defense Army of Artsakh have shot down an attacking Azerbaijani military aircraft in the southern direction around 08:30, October 21, Armenian Defense Ministry spokesperson Shushan Stepanyan said.
“The situation is relatively stable but tense,” she said.
