In a press conference a while ago Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan announced that there are lost positions in Talish and the south and that Turkey, not Azerbaijan is fighting with us. The army of Artsakh is fighting against mercenaries. The Turkish F-16 and Bayraktar combat drones were used for the aerial strikes on the Armenian army. He also mentioned that there are tens of casualties.
